Aarushi Kapoor, a Class 12 student at Seth MR Jaipuria School in Lucknow, achieved an impressive 91.5% in her ISC exams despite facing the challenges of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). This rare neurological condition, which causes cerebrospinal fluid to leak and increases pressure on the brain, has led to severe headaches and temporary vision loss for Aarushi. She underwent a surgical procedure known as brain stenting to help manage her condition. Aarushi was unable to participate in her pre-board exams due to extensive medical treatment across various hospitals in Lucknow, Chennai, and Gurgaon. Her determination to succeed in her studies has inspired many, and her school principal, Promini Chopra, commended her bravery, highlighting the strength of students like Aarushi who strive to overcome their difficulties. Aarushi aspires to become a chartered accountant, following in her parents' footsteps.
