In his post on X, he expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and highlighted key achievements during his 18-month tenure, including the development of the American AI Action Plan, which outlines strategies to bolster U.S. leadership in AI. Krishnan also noted the establishment of AI acceleration partnerships and the National AI Policy Framework executive order as significant milestones. He acknowledged the support from his colleagues and emphasized the need to tackle ongoing challenges in AI, such as energy and data centers. Following his departure, Krishnan intends to build institutions aimed at addressing these issues. White House spokesman Kush Desai commended Krishnan's contributions, stating his role was vital to the administration's efforts in technology and innovation.
