Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Abhishek stated that a case was registered under Sections 21 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Since the beginning of 2026, Shimla police have dismantled 29 interstate narcotics networks, effectively disrupting drug supply chains across several Indian states.
