Godrej Properties, one of India's leading real estate developers, has set an ambitious target of achieving ₹39,000 crore ($4.7 billion USD) in pre-sales for the fiscal year 2026-27, representing a 14% increase from the previous year's record of ₹34,171 crore. Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej highlighted the company's strong performance over the past four years, noting a fivefold increase in annual sales from ₹6,725 crore in 2020-21. Despite concerns over global uncertainties, particularly the conflict in West Asia, Pirojsha remains optimistic about meeting the growth target, citing a robust pipeline of new launches and existing project inventories. He mentioned that housing demand has normalized since April after a slight dip in March due to geopolitical tensions. Additionally, the company aims to collect ₹24,000 crore from customers this fiscal year and plans to acquire land parcels with a potential revenue of ₹20,000 crore. Godrej Properties reported a net profit of ₹1,850.20 crore in FY26, up from ₹1,399.89 crore in the previous year, reflecting its strong market position.
