Traditional Indian sweets are set to undergo a makeover, blending global influences with local flavors, while protein snacks will pivot to savory profiles, moving away from the conventional chocolate flavor. The report also predicts a decline in theatrical dining, with consumers gravitating towards authentic, regionally inspired restaurants that offer genuine flavors and narratives, creating deeper connections with diners.
