The Greater Noida Authority has announced an extension for applications for 90 ready-to-move flats located in Sector Omicron 1-A, now due by June 18. Interested applicants must submit their earnest money deposit by June 20 and complete final documentation by June 23. The flats, part of a multi-storey residential complex, are priced between ₹73.23 lakh and ₹74.35 lakh, depending on the floor level. Each unit offers a carpet area of 83.38 square metres and a super area of 104.70 square metres, making them ideal for small to medium-sized families. The sector benefits from direct access to a 130-metre-wide road, facilitating connectivity throughout Greater Noida. Possession of the flats will be granted shortly after allotment and completion of lease deed formalities. Buyers can choose to pay the total cost in one lump sum or in four instalments over two years, with preference given to lump-sum payments.
