A collision involving an e-scooter rider and a police officer occurred outside Buckingham Palace on Constitution Hill at approximately 4 PM. Both individuals, who are male, were injured and required hospitalization. The police officer and the e-scooter rider were taken to a major trauma center for treatment. Fortunately, their injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening and non-life-changing. The area was cordoned off by police as they managed the incident and ensured public safety.
