Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) has announced a major expansion of its academic offerings for the 2026-27 session, including the introduction of one-year postgraduate programs in fields such as Psychology, English, and Economics. The university will provide over 3,000 seats across 78 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, with admissions conducted through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Notably, students graduating from four-year BA programs can apply using their CUET-PG scores. Additionally, AUD is launching new MA programs in Creative Writing and Performing Arts, as well as undergraduate courses in Museology and Visual Arts. The BSc Mathematics program will now include a minor in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, highlighting the university's commitment to emerging technological skills. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Anu Singh Lather emphasized the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 elements, including continuous evaluation and interdisciplinary learning. The university continues to support students financially, with over ₹11.85 crore allocated to student support schemes last year, benefiting more than 3,600 students. AUD also plans to expand its infrastructure with new campuses in Dheerpur and Rohini.
