Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra BeaconHill, an ultra-premium residential project in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, with a gross development value of ₹1,650 crore. The project covers 1.68 acres and features a standalone 58-storey tower comprising 198 residences that offer 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK homes. Vimalendra Singh, chief business officer of Mahindra Lifespace Developers, emphasized the strong demand for quality housing in South Mumbai, stating that the development aligns with modern homebuyers' preferences for privacy and thoughtful design. In the fourth quarter of FY26, Mahindra Lifespaces reported a 5.91% increase in profit after tax, reaching ₹90.12 crore, alongside a significant rise in revenue from operations. The company also noted residential pre-sales of ₹1,633 crore, reflecting a 54.78% year-on-year increase. Despite a slight decline in overall housing sales in Mumbai, new launches have shown growth, indicating a dynamic real estate market.
