In a significant development regarding the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak, one of the accused arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Jaipur claimed that influential figures are being protected while ordinary individuals face harassment. The CBI arrested five individuals, including three from Jaipur, following the leak that led to the cancellation of the NEET-UG exam, which saw participation from over 22 lakh students on May 3. The accused include Mangilal Biwal, Vikas Biwal, and Dinesh Biwal from Jaipur, as well as Yash Yadav from Gurugram and Shubham Khairnar from Nashik.
