Nexus Select Trust, a prominent retail asset-backed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in India, reported a 12% increase in net operating income (NOI) to ₹498.6 crore for the fourth quarter ending March. The company declared a distribution of ₹346.3 crore to its unitholders for this period. For the fiscal year 2025-26, the total NOI reached ₹1,929.6 crore, with a total distribution of ₹1,375.8 crore (approximately ₹9.081 per unit). Nexus Select Trust is on a growth trajectory, aiming to double its portfolio by 2030. Recently, the trust announced the acquisition of the Diamond Plaza mall in Kolkata, expected to close in the first half of fiscal year 2027. The company has also developed a robust acquisition pipeline, targeting eight retail assets across India, with two currently undergoing due diligence. In addition to its shopping malls, Nexus Select Trust manages three hotel assets and three office properties, totaling a leasable area of 1.3 million square feet.
