The Outer Delhi Police have apprehended four suspects, including two juveniles, in connection with the murder of 60-year-old security guard Bijender, which occurred early Sunday morning near a tempo stand in Peeragarhi. The accused attempted to disguise the murder as a road accident by removing the vehicle's number plate and Fastag to evade detection. Police received a call about the incident around 4:03 AM, finding Bijender unconscious at the scene. Investigators analyzed CCTV footage, revealing that the victim was run over by a vehicle twice. Bijender's son, Ravi, has claimed that his father's death was a 'planned conspiracy,' alleging that he was first attacked with sticks before being run over.
