The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026 results were officially announced on May 17, revealing that M. Rushi from Uppal, Hyderabad achieved the highest rank in the Engineering stream with an impressive score of 156.64 out of 160. Following closely behind were Anshul from Moosapet, who secured the second rank with 148.70 marks, and M. Vamsidhar Reddy from Pulivendula in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, who came in third with 147.05 marks. The announcement took place at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad, with several officials present, including K. Keshavarao, the Advisor for Public Affairs, and Yogita Rana, the Secretary of Education. This year, the results were notable for being released just six days after the examinations, a feat attributed to the efficient evaluation process and the implementation of a computer-based system that allowed candidates to view their marks immediately after completing their exams. In total, 1,97,241 students participated in the Engineering stream, while 84,954 candidates took the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream tests across Telangana.
