This growth was fueled by a 131.3% surge in revenue from operations, totaling ₹1,102.40 crore. The profit before tax (PBT) also rose by 71.7% to ₹208.09 crore. The company's EBITDA increased by 63.71% to ₹206.82 crore, although the EBITDA margin contracted to 18.76% from 26.51% year-on-year. For the full fiscal year, Waree's consolidated net profit soared 108.9% to ₹478.70 crore, with revenues climbing 108.5% to ₹3,331.42 crore. The company holds a robust unexecuted order book of 2.83 GWp, indicating strong project execution visibility. The renewable energy sector in India is thriving, with total installed capacity surpassing 274 GW, of which solar power contributes over 150 GW. The solar sector alone added over 44 GW in FY26, establishing it as a key driver of India's clean energy transition.
