Mufti also called for the resumption of trade between Muzaffarabad and Rawlakot and the opening of new roads to facilitate people-to-people contact. Furthermore, she urged the government to reduce military presence in civilian areas and to address the local populace's fears, which have escalated into anger and resentment.
