Tesla has officially launched the Model Y L in India, priced at ₹61,99,000 (approximately $74,000 USD). This new SUV variant boasts a longer wheelbase, measuring 4,969 mm in length, 1,982 mm in width, and 1,668 mm in height. It is strategically positioned between Tesla's premium and budget models, aiming to capture a broader market segment. The Model Y L offers luxurious seating with second-row captain seats featuring powered armrests and ventilation, as well as a third row with power recline and climate control. Technologically advanced, it is equipped with eight exterior cameras and a comprehensive safety suite, including automatic emergency braking and lane departure prevention. Additionally, the vehicle supports rapid charging through Tesla Supercharger stations, achieving a peak capacity of 250 kW under optimal conditions. Customers can choose from six exterior shades, with most colors available at an extra cost.
