This impressive figure represents a transformation of a base value of ₹42,149 crore into ₹3.09 lakh crore, achieving a growth multiple of 7.3 times. Following him are Aalok Shanghvi and Vidhi Shanghvi of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, who created ₹1.72 lakh crore, and Priya Agarwal Hebbar of Hindustan Zinc with ₹1.56 lakh crore. Karan Adani, who holds an economics degree from Purdue University in the United States, is credited with steering the growth strategy of APSEZ, expanding its operations from two ports to ten. The Hurun list honors leaders under 50 who have significantly amplified their family legacies between March 2020 and March 2026, evaluated through a comprehensive performance index that benchmarks against industry peers.
