According to Mike DeFabo, an insider from The Athletic, the Steelers 'likely favor' Carson Beck, the quarterback from the University of Miami. Beck has thrown for over 3,000 yards in each of the past three seasons, making him a strong candidate for the Steelers. Although the team holds the 21st overall pick in the first round, Beck is not expected to be selected until Day 2, but the Steelers have an NFL-high 12 draft selections, providing them ample opportunities to secure their desired quarterback.
