Signature Global, a major player in India's real estate sector, announced a significant investment of ₹2,890 crore (approximately $348 million USD) in collaboration with the Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini. This partnership will result in the development of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram, Haryana, featuring 812 premium residences in 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations. The project is anticipated to achieve a gross development value of ₹4,000 crore (approximately $480 million USD) and is expected to be completed by 2033. Tonino Lamborghini will oversee the creative direction, infusing its renowned Italian design and lifestyle philosophy into the project, while Signature Global will manage development and sales. The branded residences segment is gaining momentum in India, with Gurugram at the forefront due to increased affluence and demand for luxury living experiences. Following the announcement, Signature Global's shares saw a slight increase of 0.69%, closing at ₹806.95 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
