United Breweries (UBL) achieved a 4.31% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹101.78 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹97.57 crore in Q4 FY25. However, revenue from operations decreased by 3.14% to ₹2,250.07 crore. The profit before exceptional items and tax fell significantly to ₹42.28 crore from ₹132.07 crore a year prior. The company experienced a 4.1% growth in sell-in volumes, while premium segment volumes surged by 16%. Despite these positive trends, UBL faces challenges due to the ongoing Middle East conflict, which has led to supply chain disruptions and increased operating costs. The company anticipates a cost impact of ₹400 crore to ₹500 crore over the next two to three quarters and has initiated price hikes and cost optimization measures to mitigate these effects. For the full fiscal year, UBL's net profit declined by 6.5% to ₹413.17 crore, although revenue rose by 3.6% to ₹9,239.94 crore. The board has proposed a dividend of ₹10 per equity share, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
