A tele-counselling helpline at 1800-11-8004 and an email address resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in have been established to assist students and parents with queries regarding exams, results, and evaluation processes. The board emphasizes its commitment to providing guidance and reducing stress for students navigating the post-result phase.
