The company's revenues surged by 59.8% year-on-year to ₹2,300 crore, driven by strong demand for premium housing across key markets in India. For the fiscal year 2026, Sobha achieved a sales value growth of 30%, totaling ₹8,135 crore, up from ₹6,276 crore in FY25. The fourth quarter sales value was ₹2,039 crore. Jagadish Nangineni, managing director of Sobha Limited, expressed satisfaction with the fiscal year-end performance, highlighting the company's commitment to maintaining its growth momentum into FY27 with planned significant launches. The company's collections for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,989 crore, reflecting an 11% growth quarter-on-quarter and a 26% increase year-on-year, bringing total collections for FY26 to ₹7,798 crore. Additionally, Sobha's net debt has improved significantly to negative ₹800 crore, resulting in a net debt-to-equity ratio of -0.17. The board has also recommended a dividend of ₹6 per fully paid-up equity share.
