The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the ICSE 10th results for 2026 on April 30, 2026, revealing that 99.4% was achieved by standout student Akshita Gupta. She expressed her joy and gratitude towards her teachers for their unwavering support during her preparation. Akshita has opted for the Science stream in her 11th standard, aspiring to become a scientist. The ICSE results showed a high overall pass rate of 99.18%, with girls outperforming boys, achieving 99.46% compared to boys' 98.93%. Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, CISCE Chief Executive and Secretary, highlighted the significant participation with 2,58,000 candidates for ICSE and 1,03,000 for ISC. He encouraged students to focus on developing skills and long-term goals rather than solely relying on scores.
