The complaints were led by society member Devendra Chiplunkar, represented by advocate Sunil Sakhrani, who accused the committee of maladministration and governance failures. An inspection revealed significant irregularities, including delayed AGMs and incomplete financial disclosures, which violated statutory requirements.
