MK Stalin, the President of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, has raised concerns about the stability of the current TVK-led government, questioning whether it can endure beyond three months. Speaking at an event where former Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) MLA Panaiyur Babu joined the DMK, Stalin noted that discussions about the government’s performance have emerged sooner than expected, despite an initial agreement to refrain from criticism for six months. He welcomed Babu into the DMK, commending his previous contributions in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly and highlighting the clarity and dignity of Babu's statement regarding his political shift. Stalin also underscored the DMK's commitment to social justice and development, referencing various welfare projects and infrastructure developments initiated by the party, including educational institutions and support for fishermen. He encouraged party members to maintain respect towards Babu's former party and its members.
