Texmaco Rail & Engineering has announced that it has secured an order worth ₹3.06 crore (approximately $370,000 USD) from the Modern Coach Factory located in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India. This order is specifically for the supply of bogie frame assemblies designed for non-AC air spring type LHB Fiat bogies. The contract is mandated to be executed within 301 days from the date of the order. Importantly, Texmaco clarified that its promoters and associated entities have no interest in the awarding entity, thus categorizing the transaction as non-related-party. Despite this new order, Texmaco recently reported a 44.65% decline in consolidated net profit, which fell to ₹42.27 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to ₹76.38 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations also decreased by 21.45% year-on-year, amounting to ₹1,041.59 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. Following the announcement, Texmaco's stock advanced by 2.35%, reaching ₹106.03 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
