The complaint details a sustained pattern of sexual harassment, coercion, and racial abuse that allegedly began shortly after Doe joined the firm in March 2024. The lawsuit claims that Hajdini pressured Doe into non-consensual sexual acts, threatened his career, and used drugs, specifically Rohypnol, to facilitate her actions. The plaintiff describes disturbing experiences, including explicit sexual advances and racial slurs directed at him. In response, JPMorgan Chase has categorically denied the allegations, stating that an investigation found no merit to the claims and that the complainant refused to cooperate or provide necessary documentation. Doe's lawyer has stated that the plaintiff is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and is seeking compensation for emotional distress, lost wages, and punitive damages, as well as internal changes within the bank to address such misconduct.
