This surge followed the announcement of its Q4 results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, which revealed a 13% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹1,383 crore, up from ₹1,199 crore in the same quarter last year. However, the company reported a net loss of ₹40 crore, contrasting with a net profit of ₹30 crore in Q4FY25, attributed to a 17% rise in expenses, totaling ₹1,325 crore. The board also declared a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, which would bring the total dividend for FY26 to ₹4.00 per share. As of May 15, the company's market capitalization stood at approximately ₹20,701.77 crore.
