The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the results for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2, with Aarush Singhal from Chandigarh securing the top rank. A total of 26 candidates, all male, achieved a perfect NTA score of 100 percentile. Across both sessions, 8,61,343 unique candidates registered, with 10,34,330 appearing for Session 2 held in April 2026. The cut-off percentiles for eligibility to appear in JEE Advanced 2026 were also revealed, with the unreserved category cut-off set at 93.41 percentile. The exams were conducted in multiple languages and took place at 584 centres across 319 cities, including 15 international locations. Notable candidates alongside Singhal include Jonnala Roshan Manideep Reddy from Andhra Pradesh and Shreyas Mishra from Delhi.
