Table Space, one of India's prominent managed workspace operators, has recently expanded its office space by 425,000 sq ft across Maharashtra, bringing its total regional footprint to 2.6 million sq ft. The expansion is primarily concentrated in Pune, where 376,000 sq ft is distributed across three micro-markets. Notably, the company has secured 130,000 sq ft in Wakad, strategically located near major highways to attract technology talent. In Yerwada, a larger center of 146,000 sq ft has been established, catering to Global Capability Centres (GCCs) with high mobility needs. Additionally, Table Space has entered Navi Mumbai, offering a cost-effective alternative to the Mumbai central business district, targeting talent pools in Thane and Navi Mumbai. Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO, emphasized the company's role in enabling global brands to scale efficiently, as GCCs now represent approximately 40% of Grade-A office leasing in India, marking them as the largest driver of demand for managed workspaces.
