Kross Industries experienced a significant boost in its financial performance for Q4 FY26, with standalone net profit climbing 30.98% to ₹22.45 crore compared to the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations also saw a robust increase of 21.89%, totaling ₹225.44 crore. The profit before tax (PBT) rose 20.24% to ₹30.06 crore, while EBITDA surged 25.3% to ₹33.6 crore, reflecting an improved EBITDA margin of 14.9%. For the full fiscal year, Kross reported a 14.97% increase in net profit to ₹55.21 crore, supported by an 8.51% rise in annual revenue to ₹673.20 crore. Sudhir Rai, the chairman and managing director, noted that despite a slow start in the first half of the year, the company benefitted from favorable macroeconomic conditions and a recovery in the commercial vehicle segment. However, Q4 faced challenges due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which impacted commodity prices. Overall, the outlook for demand across original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) remains positive.
