Kumar described the situation as 'very unfortunate' and highlighted the negative impact such controversies have on students' morale. He urged the government to enforce stricter regulations on coaching institutes and examination processes, advocating for measures similar to those implemented in China to combat cheating. Kumar noted that the accused in the paper leak case have been arrested and emphasized the importance of remaining optimistic during this challenging time. The investigation into the incident has been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which will examine the examination process and question officials from the National Testing Agency (NTA). Kumar's remarks reflect a growing concern over the integrity of competitive examinations in India and the need for effective solutions to restore trust in the system.
