Oriental Hotels' consolidated net profit surged by 64.07% to ₹29.32 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q4 FY26), compared to ₹17.91 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations also saw a 2.96% increase, reaching ₹136.46 crore. Profit before tax grew by 8.04% to ₹28.60 crore. Total expenses rose by 2.17% to ₹109.48 crore, with costs for materials consumed increasing to ₹13.20 crore and employee benefits expenses rising to ₹27.90 crore. The company achieved its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹501 crore, driven by an 11% growth in Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) and an EBITDA of ₹140 crore. Pramod Ranjan, Managing Director & CEO, highlighted the completion of major asset upgrades and strong domestic demand as key factors for the company's performance. A dividend of ₹0.65 per equity share has been proposed for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. However, shares of Oriental Hotels fell by 2.20% to ₹97.10 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
