During her inspection, she stressed the importance of adhering to strict timelines, maintaining high construction quality, and ensuring safety standards. The RK Ashram Marg station is being developed as a key interchange hub linking the Blue Line and the Magenta Line, forming part of the 28.92 km corridor from Janakpuri West to RK Ashram Marg. Some sections of the project, including Janakpuri West to Krishna Park Extension and Deepali Chowk to Majlis Park, have already been completed and opened. The project features nearly 7 km of twin tunnels and six underground stations, including Derawal Nagar, Ghanta Ghar, Pulbangash, Sadar Bazar, Nabi Karim, and RK Ashram Marg. Tunneling beneath railway lines and structures like the Rani Jhansi flyover has been successfully completed using specialized techniques. The Magenta Line is set to extend from RK Ashram Marg to Inderlok, covering about 21.8 km.
