The plot centers on sisters Autumn (Halevi) and Summer (Leah Shannon), who arrive in search of abortion medication and become embroiled in a psychological game that tests their loyalty and survival. Wool describes her character as feral and untethered, while Halevi emphasizes the film's exploration of survival and sisterhood in a challenging world. This project marks Gusinow's feature directorial debut, following his success with the script 'Big Sisters,' which won the 2022 Screencraft Feature Competition.
