In a distressing road rage incident on Sunday in Kanpur's Virat Nagar area, a father and son were allegedly murdered, while another son suffered serious injuries. Authorities are currently gathering further details about the incident. In an unrelated case, a woman reported being gang-raped by a hotel manager and two to three other individuals on May 20, leading to a swift police response. The suspects have been taken into custody, although preliminary electronic evidence did not initially corroborate the woman's claims. West Kanpur Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) SM Qasim Abidi confirmed that the police acted promptly, collecting CCTV footage from the hotel and sending the victim for a medical examination. Meanwhile, a separate investigation by the Cyber Police in Hardoi uncovered a large online pornography network involving minors, with one suspect arrested. The police are continuing to investigate both cases thoroughly.
