During his visit to the Netherlands, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann engaged in various activities aimed at promoting Punjab as a prime destination for business investment. A road show in The Hague attracted industry leaders and stakeholders, where Mann urged global investors to “come, invest and grow in Punjab.” He emphasized the state's commitment to value addition and export-led growth, particularly in sectors such as food processing and manufacturing. Mann also highlighted the Industrial Policy 2026, which he described as one of the most competitive in India, and discussed the fast track Punjab Portal for streamlined investment processes. His visit included interactions with the Netherlands India Chamber of Commerce and Trade (NICCT), led by chairperson Edith Nordmann, to enhance bilateral business relations. Additionally, Mann engaged with the Punjabi diaspora, recognizing their role in fostering cultural and economic connections between the two regions. This visit marks the fourth day of his five-day trip.
