The Vikram VT 21 project marks a significant advancement in India's defence capabilities, featuring the development of two advanced armoured platforms: the Advanced Armoured Platform Wheeled (AAP-Wh) and the Advanced Armoured Platform-Tracked (AAP-Tr). Co-created by Bharat Forge (BFL), the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and Tata Advanced Systems (TASL), this initiative has successfully transitioned from concept to combat-ready status in less than three years.
