Market analysts attribute this surge to a combination of rising electric vehicle (EV) sales, positive updates regarding battery and Gigafactory developments, and a favorable sentiment towards the EV sector. Currently trading at approximately ₹40.88, the stock is approaching its 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA), a key resistance level. Analysts suggest that if the share price sustains above ₹42, it could target levels between ₹48 and ₹52. On the downside, immediate support is at ₹36, with a strong stop-loss zone at ₹32. Aakash Shah, a Research Analyst at Choice International, and Ganesh Dongre, Senior Manager at Anand Rathi, both highlight the potential for a technical breakout at ₹46, which could lead to further upward movement towards ₹60.
