The film collected ₹14.75 crore on its fourth Sunday, contributing to its record-breaking run. It became the first Hindi film to surpass ₹1,000 crore at the domestic box office and has surpassed the lifetime collections of several major films, including Baahubali 2 and RRR. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film follows the origin story of Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who transforms into the spy Hamza Ali Mazari while navigating the underworld of Lyari, Pakistan. Despite facing bans in Gulf countries and Pakistan, it has performed well in other regions. A legal dispute has arisen, with Rajiv Rai's Trimurti Films suing the makers for alleged copyright infringement regarding a song from his film Tridev.
