A shocking case of kidnapping came to light when three suspected kidnappers died in a car crash on the Delhi-Lucknow highway near Pardholi in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, on Sunday evening. The crash involved a Mahindra Bolero that collided with a parked tanker, resulting in the deaths of the three suspects and two motorcycle riders. Inside the Bolero were the kidnapped children, aged six and three, who survived as they were thrown from the vehicle upon impact. The breakthrough in the investigation occurred when the six-year-old child provided police with details about the abduction while being treated at a private hospital. This led to the rescue of their father, an autorickshaw driver from Gurugram, Haryana, who had been held captive in a house in Faridpur. The family had gone missing the previous night after the father left home to drop a passenger at a temple. Investigators revealed that one of the deceased suspects was a relative of the victims, suspected of orchestrating the kidnapping due to a personal motive. Ongoing investigations aim to clarify the full circumstances surrounding the case and the involvement of other suspects.
