Hiller, ranked as the No. 1 interior offensive lineman and No. 5 overall recruit in the 2027 cycle, cited his strong relationship with the coaching staff, particularly offensive line coach Phil Trautwein, as a major factor in his decision. Hiller has known Trautwein since eighth grade, and their rapport played a crucial role in his choice to commit to Florida. He visited the campus twice, feeling increasingly comfortable with each visit, which solidified Florida's position as his top choice. Hiller's commitment is a significant boost for the Gators, who are looking to enhance their recruiting class further. He is set for an official visit with the team from June 19-21.
