This strategic move aims to bolster Hillman's presence in the industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) market, which is a key area for future growth. With Campbell's extensive history of over 105 years and its broad customer base across various sectors, including agriculture and marine, Hillman is set to enhance its product offerings significantly. The acquisition will incorporate new products such as grade 70, grade 80, and grade 100 chains, complementing Hillman’s existing chain business. Hillman anticipates recognizing over $20 million USD in net sales from this acquisition in its fiscal year 2026.
