Accenture, a leading IT services and consulting firm, has signed a five-year lease for 1.65 lakh square feet of office space in ACE Capitol Tower 2, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The total rent for this space amounts to ₹195 crore (approximately $24 million USD), with the monthly rent starting at ₹3.17 crore (about $385,000 USD) based on a rate of ₹192 (roughly $2.30 USD) per square foot. The lease will see a 6% rent escalation each year. This move comes amid a broader trend of increasing demand for office spaces in India's tier-I cities, as highlighted by realty consultancy Colliers, which reported a 15% year-on-year growth in office leasing during the first quarter of 2026. Additionally, Accenture has recently expanded its office portfolio by leasing 1.09 lakh square feet in Coimbatore’s Tidel Park, bringing its total space there to approximately 1.53 lakh square feet.
