ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) reported a 10.37% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹763.42 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, compared to the same period last year. This growth was supported by a 19.53% rise in revenue from operations, totaling ₹1,517.01 crore. The profit before tax (PBT) also saw a significant increase of 13.27% YoY, amounting to ₹1,038.57 crore. Operating profit surged 30.2% to ₹1,127.85 crore in Q4 FY26. On an annual basis, the company's consolidated net profit increased by 24.43% to ₹3,298.26 crore for FY26, up from ₹2,650.66 crore in FY25, with revenue from operations rising 23.1% to ₹5,764.63 crore. The mutual fund's Quarterly Average Asset Under Management (QAAUM) reached ₹11,04,787 crore as of March 31, 2026, marking a 25.6% growth from ₹8,79,412 crore the previous year. The board declared a final dividend of ₹12.40 per equity share for the fiscal year. However, the company's stock experienced a decline of 1.14%, closing at ₹3,351.60 on April 13, 2026.
