The National Capital Regional Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has formally requested 55,000 square meters of land from the Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikran (HSVP) for the construction of stations and infrastructure as part of the Delhi–SNB Namo Bharat corridor in Gurugram, Haryana, India. In a letter dated March 19, NCRTC highlighted the need to relocate two petrol stations and a CNG station situated along the Delhi-Jaipur highway, which fall within the project's alignment. This request comes approximately five months after NCRTC sought over 8,000 square meters of land for the Dharuhera station, revising its initial proposal significantly. The corporation plans to establish an interchange station at IFFCO Chowk, covering around 19,000 square meters, which will connect the Delhi–Neemrana and Gurugram–Faridabad corridors. Additional land requirements include 967 square meters for a petrol pump in Sector 17, 348 square meters from a petrol pump in Sector 30, and 531 square meters from a CNG station in Sector 31. NCRTC has also requested temporary land near the Delhi-Gurugram border for a casting yard and other related infrastructure. The HSVP is currently reviewing the request, as stated by a senior official.
