In a significant ruling, a sessions court in Gurugram, Haryana, India, sentenced four individuals to rigorous life imprisonment for the murder of Dharmesh Yadav, aged 42, in October 2022. The convicted individuals include Neetu Yadav, the victim's wife, and her lover, Bablu Khan, along with Mohammad Moinuddin and Shoib Khan. The court found them guilty under Sections 302 (murder) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code, imposing a fine of ₹50,000 each. Investigations revealed that Neetu had an extramarital affair with Bablu and had provided him with 758 grams of gold ornaments to facilitate the murder. The police linked the crime to the accused through call records and forensic analysis of the weapon.
