The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year. HUL's stock closed at ₹2,065, reflecting a slight increase of 0.03%. The company has seen its stock price drop 8% over the past year, with significant declines of 18.5% in the last six months and 11% in the past month. In its Q3 FY26 results, HUL reported a standalone net profit of ₹7,075 crore, a 136% increase year-on-year, largely due to a one-time exceptional gain from the demerger of its ice cream business.
