The Delhi High Court has decided not to issue an immediate takedown order for the song 'Rang De Lal – Oye Oye' from the film Dhurandar 2, which is produced by B62 Studios and distributed by T-Series. Trimurti Films filed a copyright infringement suit claiming that the song improperly incorporates elements from 'Tirchi Topiwale' from the film Tridev. Justice Tushar Rao Gedela noted that the film has already been released and that the dispute appears to be primarily financial. As a result, the court has referred the matter to mediation, with both parties required to appear before the mediation center on April 22. The court has also instructed the defendants to keep detailed records of any exploitation of the film's soundtrack from its release date on March 19 until a resolution is reached. The next court hearing is set for May 6.
