On Saturday, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini laid the foundation for development projects exceeding ₹120 crore in Faridabad. These projects aim to bolster infrastructure and job creation, including a ₹50.61 crore rest house, a ₹41.7 crore dispensary, and ₹25 crore for sewerage works. During the 'Dhanyavaad Evam Viksit Faridabad Rally', Saini emphasized the government’s commitment to making Faridabad one of the cleanest cities in India and encouraged citizen participation in cleanliness initiatives. He also distributed e-appointment letters to 1,331 youths from a recent employment fair. Saini reassured residents regarding fuel availability and highlighted various welfare schemes, including subsidized gas cylinders and healthcare initiatives. Union minister of State for Cooperation Krishan Pal Gurjar and Haryana cabinet minister Vipul Goel noted improvements in infrastructure and connectivity, particularly with the upcoming Jewar airport, which is expected to reduce travel time to 30 minutes. The CM concluded by outlining the inclusive growth priorities in the Budget 2026-27, focusing on economic empowerment for farmers, women, and youth.
